Thomas Jorion

Born in 1976, Thomas Jorion is a French photographer.

Thomas photographs urban ruins and condemned buildings, spaces that no longer serve the purposes for which they are built. His work explores the built environment in a state of entropy, inviting viewers to reflect on the relationship between the material and the temporal.

Thomas Jorion uses a 4×5″ large format camera and colour negatives.

The artist currently lives in Paris.
